ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING
STEP BY STEP BREAKDOWN

  • You will receive an email invitation from your agent (from secure@authentisign.com). Subject line may say something like: “Your signature is requested:….”.

  • Click the blue box that says “START SIGNING”

  • A window pops up with “PARTICIAPNT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT”
    Click options: I ACCEPT or I DO NOT ACCEPT
    In order to move forward you do need to click I ACCEPT

  • You will be brough to the pages you need to review and/or sign.

  • Please review all documents in their entirety.

  • You should see a blue box that says “START”

  • Once you have clicked START you will be brought to initial spaces, signature lines, checkbox options etc. You will need to click each of those.

  • The system may ask you to CREATE YOUR SIGNATURE
    You can do so by either selecting STYLE, DRAW OR UPLOAD
    Once done select “SET SIGNATURE”

  • You should then be taking to the first task of either initialing, signing etc.  
    If there is more than one task you will be taken to the next, so on, and so forth

  • Once you have done all the tasks a window will pop up that say “YOU’RE ALMOST DONE! PRESS “COMPLETE SIGNING” TO FINALZE THE DOCUMENT OR USE THE “X” IN THE TOP RIGHT-HAND CORNER TO STAY AND REVIEW.

  • Once you click the blue button “COMPLETE SIGNING” you will receive a “CONGRATULATIONS! YOU’RE ALL DONE” with options to PRINT or DOWNLOAD a COPY.

  • The program will automatically send us an email notifying us and sending us a copy as well.
